§ 367.30. How does a designated State agency (DSA) apply for an award?

To receive a grant under section 752(h) or a reallotment grant under section 752(i)(4) of the Act, a DSA must submit to and obtain approval from the Secretary of an application for assistance under this program at the time, in the form and manner, and containing the agreements, assurances, and information, that the Secretary determines to be necessary to carry out this program. (Approved by the Office of Management and Budget under control number 1820-0660) (Authority: Sections 752
(h)and (i)(4) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; 29 U.S.C. 796k(h) and (i))
